my son Makiah
watched a lot of Olympics while WE were on vacation
on
Broken Bow Lake in Wisconsin on the Ojibway Indian Reservation
Shawn Johnson
 touched his heart
through and through

last night he was ecstatic
 on hearing of her welcome home party
so
WE took him to Des Moines to greet her

8000 people greeting the golden girl home to Iowa

her message to Makiah was clear and simple
love what you are doing and go for the fun!!

the BALANCE beam
symbolizes
the ultimate health of oneself
the icon of peace
that routine which speaks
of
individual health, dedication, and grace
Makiah's heart is on fire
it is exciting to see and experience
the absolute joy

my heart was hit
by the
Bolt of lightning
and all things
 changing and transforming
FAST
i am headed to Jamaica
to "welcome home"
the gold

 Makiah is hoping
 that after Shawn gives the nations pledge at the Democratic Convention
and visits Leno
that she will return
