This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 09, 2007:
Being 55. That most perfect age of being in balance.....the fingers dance together in perfect harmony....the toes too, producing that 'happy feet" attitude when the left and right brain hemispheres are in perfected balance with the balance of the depths of the alpha, beta, delta and theta waves creating the third point of being in balance ...immediately creating the forth force of archetypal integral integration. Being 55 is a beautiful thing. Balance is being in that SPACE of beautiful pure perfect love that is between us and surrounding us all.....balance is dancing your fingers into the ultimate health of oneself while laughing hilariously within the raw juicy heart of reality......balance is being 55.....thank god for aging.....

How wonderful to hear somebody else that is happy, thriiled, excited about being over 50! II got to join the 50 club this year and I am loving it. I am feeling very balanced!
I too love being 55 years in the body..feels like the beginning of the second half of life with the added wisdom that life experience brings..joy, excitement, ahhhh….
I am starting a new movement to change the term “retirement” to “The Second Half”
What do you think - will it catch on?
Spead the word!
When i am 55–nine years from now–i get to retire!! to quote frank sinatra, it will be a very good year…
By far, the best, greatest, most amazing sex I've had in my 35 years on this plane has been with a 55 year-old :):) My 30something friends can hardly believe it, but it is absolutely true! I used to dread 'gettting old', but now…???!!!
Thanks Elizabeth….!!!
Now coming up to 56 years young in the body ,my motto is to age dis-gracefully!!
